While you are feeling stressed and burnout, normality, laughter
or even joy seem very far in the distance. "Beyond Burnout"
gives you the opportunity to get a fresh perspective on stress,
burnout and life itself.
Burnout is a powerful message urging you to stop soldiering on
and take time to re-evaluate. We use this day to learn new techniques
of relaxation, as a time for self-reflection - using imagery and
structured exercises - and to find ways of putting meaning back
into your life, a better balance, more fun, energy clarity, enjoyment
or fulfilment.
