One-to-One Coaching

Burnout coaching is all about 'coming home' to yourself and what works for you. You will gain support while you navigate the ups and downs that happen when you are on the journey back from burnout. Your coach works alongside you bringing insight, expertise, a new perspective and renewed enthusiasm. You will find inspiration, clarity, strength and balance - and the best way forward towards the life you want to live.

You may like to follow a themed programme, on an individual basis for example: Balancing Work, Life, Rest & Play; Get to the Stress before it Gets to You; Living Wholeheartedly; Going Deeper, Reaching Higher, or work entirely based on what you need each session.

Sessions usually take place on the telephone and last up to 40 minutes, but you and your coach can work for longer or face to face, if geographically possible.

Will my coach understand what it means to be stressed or burnt out?

Yes. We have chosen our coaches because they have either had personal experience of burnout or have worked closely with people who are in it.

What happens if my coach expects too much of me?

Your coach will work with you exactly where you are and at your own pace. Remember coach and client form a partnership and you each bring expertise. You are the expert on your own life and your coach is expert at inspiring what is the highest and the best in you. Good communication is the key. Your coach walks alongside you as you grow, they understand the creative process and are trained to ask the right questions. They know when to pull, when to push and when to be quiet.

How soon can I start?

Once you have completed the simple assessment questionnaire, we will match you with the most suitable coach and onwards and upwards you go!

What do I have to do to sign up?

What is the difference between monthly and weekly one-to-one coaching?

Having a weekly session with your coach moves the process up a notch. It works best for people who are at either end of the burnout spectrum - when extra support is needed because the going is tough, or when life starts humming again and you need a clear perspective to explore new options.

How long can I expect to be working with a coach?

This is an entriely personal decision, some people find coaching is so essential to improving their lives they stay with their coach for years. Others use coaching for three to six months or a year and come back when they want to benefit from it again. This is something you and your coach will work out between you.
