Personal stress audit
This programme provides a one-day individual intensive and follow-up
telephone coaching package. It enables executives to explore in
depth, what is stressing them at work or in life and to create strategies
to get the best out of both. This is what happens
and these are the key benefits:
The one-day
audit is a confidential clinical and reflective assessment. It comprises
a face-to-face health screening and an examination of: stress factors,
lifestyle choices, established behaviours and coping skills. This
provides the basis for an individual change programme which begins
right then and there. Clients go away with an accurate picture
of their stress status, a new set of skills and a clear way forward.
The focus of
every subsequent coaching session is entirely personal and responds
to the situation of each individual. Therefore the response
and recovery time is quicker than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Clients have
the opportunity to explore the effects of stress and devise personal
strategies for dealing with it. This fosters an atmosphere
of stress-resilience and self-responsibilty, that transfers
itself to others in the organisation.
Coach and client
form a collaborative partnership, where the client is the expert
on their own life and the coach is expert in how to help them develop
it to the maximum. The life-skills that are learned during the coaching
process, create more decisive, creative, resilient and emotionally
intelligent people, all of which bring further benefit
to the organisation.
What clients say:
"Having spent a lot on many different coaches, I can
quite categorically say that Hermione stands head and shoulders
above the norm. Within 2 sessions I accessed some ground breaking
realizations about myself and limiting patterns and learnt new resources
to enable very empowering beliefs. Excellent! Thankyou."
A.W MD Fitness Group Herts UK
"Hermione gave me assistance with my work/home life balance
at a very stressful time in my life. I found her help practical
and useful in a real way. She is a wise and very experienced practitioner.
I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone in need of good counsel."
A.H. MD construction business, Hants UK
I benefited enormously from all Hermione's support. I am very
aware now of when I am over-tired, and try to pace myself and not
get over committed. Thank you for helping me put down my self-imposed
'burden of worthiness!' and give myself permission to have more
fun." C.W Yorkshire UK
Who will most benefit most from this programme?
Your best people are at greatest risk. This is because they
put more of themselves into their job, spend more time at work,
are more responsible and take work more seriously and personally.
It is unlikely that less committed executives or managers will experience
burnout.
The problem is they will be the last to recognise - or admit -
that they are feeling stressed or burnt out. When they do, they
are likely do all the wrong things to try to correct it and attempt
to deal with it on their own.
If you miss the warning signs or don't know how to handle
the situation, they are sure to be heading for long-term sick leave.
You will have lost one of your best people and be left with the
expense of recruiting someone to step in.
